Here's the "recipe" I tweaked that a few of you wanted:
Metabolism Booster
1 gallon of strong green tea
Lightly sweeten with raw, liquid honey and add as much as organic cayenne pepper as you can handle (start with 1/2 tsp). You can add a few TB. of lemon or lime juice (then it will be similar to the MC lemonade)
You can brew your tea in the sun, if you like...or use a hot water kettle. I'd use about 5 to 6 teabags of green tea. Throw in a bag or two of peppermint tea for better digestion.
Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my last post. I'll try to post more regularly, when I have time. You guys are great!

Hi, welcome back! missed you!
I used to brew my tea in the sun then I read something about it breeding bacteria.
Aw, pretty girls! Glad you're back - you were missed! Sounds like a wonderful summer for you so far. Continue to enjoy and hope to see another update soon. :)
Welcome back!
Hey, I noticed that you have a link to Authentic Girl on your blog. Have you read any of the author's books? I checked out her site and downloaded one of her audio seminars and thought it was great.
You've been missed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yay, you're back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anything goes with my exercise: it'll be working out at the gym (treadmill, elliptical, bike, weights) or outdoorsy stuff like gardening, walking, hiking, possibly swimming if I dare. Even doing things at home, stretching, crunches, etc. So variety but just need to get my body moving! That's my goal.
Can I eat ice cream and watch? :)
i think this is a misplaced comment, but i just came across your blog, and i am elated to find another raw follower of Jesus!
it was His idea for me to go raw. when i became vegan i prayed, and He immediately led me to my current lifestyle, which has been AMAZING for my spirit and body!
...i guess i needed to get that out, lol. i look forward to reading more of your posts!
Aimee~ Aww, thanks. I think if one is really careful with clean glass and a good place to do it, it would be fine...but that's good to know. Thanks for the heads up. You should do a blog post on it. ;)
